·       Feeling-

A physical sensation that you experience—an emotional state or reaction. Awareness of what we feel in our body’s muscle mass consists of slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibers—attention to our emotional states of how we feel in the present moment, whether positive or negative.

 

·       Nutrition-

Is the study of food and drink. Physiology is the organic process of nourishing or being nourished; the methods by which an organism assimilates food and uses it for growth and maintenance. We use nutritional foods to recover our muscle mass and energy for optimal human experience for the following day through healthy meats, vegetables, and water.

 

·       Movement-

An act of changing physical location or position or of having this changed. We teach the art of movement. Through focus and correct form of movement actions, we develop the muscle mass and quantity of energy of the human body.
